Was scheduled for 4 helpers. Only 3 could make it due to an illness. I signed but you’ll need to credit me for the no show on the one helper. The 3 men that came was great, very professional courteous and did a fantastic job. Thank you for your service and great guys you sent. I did give each a tip directly to them

Our crew was amazing..GREAT job. Professional, polite, super helpful! Our one and only "complaint" would be that management did not communicate with us that there would be a major delay in arrival time...we understand that people get sick, but I had to call manager to find out that there was going to be big delay in start time. (we were up very early and prepared for the moving of our dogs, etc. for your arrival.)Just call people...it's appreciated. Crew was awesome though!!

The two helpers, Kenny and Zuri, were delayed because their prior job was running later than expected. Ox and Bull dispatch kept us updated with phone calls so we were in the loop and knew when to expect them. Kenny and Zuri were big and strong, and they worked hard and fast; they didn't waste any time. They were both polite and respectful. There were a few things that had some minor scratching, but that is primarily on us because we were preoccupied and didn't direct them, we just turned them loose; overall they did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use Ox and Bull again. I underestimated the time required to do the job, but they were able to stay until completed. I was also able to book them the day before we needed help. Ox and Bull seems to be well organized and well run.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
An Immediate interaction with an Ox and Bull associate after a booking has come in would be in order to set up the specifics for task at hand.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming
What types of moves have you handled?
Local [yes] long distance [yes] commercial [yes] dorm room relocation [collegiate living - whole dorm]
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
