The movers were on time, prepared, and courteous.
I live in New Jersey and had to manage a move long distance for my mom in Georgia. This required the company and the movers to constantly communicate with me since I could not be there physically.
The movers called, and I received pictures of the packing to ensure everything was done. I called my mom who was there with the movers and she commented on how helpful they were in helping to take down her mounted televisions. I received text message updates and calls.
I found this service to be phenomenal and would definitely use them again or do a recommendation.

Our movers arrived about 3 hours late. When we realized how late they would be, we called the company before they arrived and asked if we could/should reschedule so that we wouldn't have to pack in the dark. The owner confirmed it would be no problem so we trusted them. They did, in fact, have to pack our PODs in the dark which ended up not working out well. The next morning, we had to unpack nearly everything and redo it. One mover did well. The other seemed like a new employee who needed a lot of direction. They did scratch our hardwood floors pretty extensively a few times. I don't feel like they took extra caution with any of our furniture.

They were unable to handle the weight of boxes and furniture that my wife and I are able to handle. We had no items over the weight limit. We were cautious with Reggie as he was weak and had to take a lot of breaks to his car. As result the move took much longer than anticipated. We did need overtime but not 4 hours.
The crew who moved in our first load a couple weeks ago was fantastic. There was a difference like night and day. We would not use your service again unless we were guaranteed the level of service and professionalism of the first crew (Qualan and Kelly).

Dennis and Nick(Movers) where professional and they got the job done carefully and quickly. I was pleased with the movers. The down downside for me was I booked the job for 3hrs and I only used the service for 1:15. They didn't have to move anything from upstairs as I initially planned. I let the movers use my hand truck to move as well. I had no idea I was not going to be refunded anything for unused time. The company was kind enough to refund me for 1hr of time I didn't use. I haven't moved in a long time. Other than that I'm pleased. I missed the section of the estimated time and objects weighing over 400lbs could equate to more charges. It seems to me, if the customer needs the services longer, you are charged more. The same should be considered if the customer doesn't need the services as monies should refunded for any and or all of the used time. Makes good business since.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
