Worked hard to get all items in PODS. Only problem took apart a lot of furniture and left screw and some parts on floor. Some pieces was put in POD not with main part. I pray able to match up missing screws, parts to put together again without a problem on final move in three weeks. So afraid. About 30 minutes late. Very nice young men. I had all materials. They had to go get tools. Respectful of property but had some loose pieces and screws. I would use again.

Zuri and Kenny were on time and did a wonderful job! They moved everything so quickly, but took good care of our things and everything was left in perfect condition. We would definitely use them again!

We were exhausted from packing our U-Haul by ourselves and after an 8 hour drive, there’s no way we could have moved our entire truck into our three story townhome.. we just didn’t have the energy. Luckily we proactively hired ox and bull and they sent out two hard working, respectful, and extremely helpful young men to help us with the heavy stuff. We couldn’t have done it without them and we’re so glad we hired them!

Kenny, Qualon, Curtis, and Rashad were my crew. They unloaded two 16 ft. storage containers for me. I booked them for three hours but they were done in about half that time! I have roughly a 1400 sq. ft. house with two flights of stairs. They were polite, efficient, and well humored even though it started POURING rain a little while after they arrived. I did not ask them to arrange the furniture for me, but they did get everything in the house and in the rooms I asked them to. They were courteous and hard working. 100% would recommend!

An Immediate interaction with an Ox and Bull associate after a booking has come in would be in order to set up the specifics for task at hand.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
