I truly believe there was too much down time from these two. Granted, they did get my heavy furniture packed up and out, but, while one was trying to tie a rope or unscrew something, the other could be doing something but that person sat waiting for the other to finish. I had two guys for four hours, and was very very surprised how much was left after four hours! Also, my bed came apart in a few pieces, but now my bed is in two different PODS since everything did not fit on one, and they didn't put the mirrors, screws, and the top part with the lights in the same POD. Also, two shelves from a bookshelf got left behind, so that is now separated. Not sure movers on the other end are going to be as efficient as necessary with the pieces being all over in two different PODS. Additionally, I felt they were pretty slow. I felt they could have brought down a lot more boxes after they were done with the heavy furniture. And lastly, the POD was NOT loaded correctly. I kept hearing that if a POD is loaded correctly (and they do this all day every day) a LOT can be stored in a POD. There were places I could see way back to the back of the truck that had not been filled. Bookshelves were empty and NOTHING was in the spaces of the shelves, Nothing had been filled in in front of the couch, etc. I found a LOT of empty space on the POD. Friends and I spent two hours after the movers left, took a few things out, rearranged a little, filled in spaces, and we got a LOT more stuff in the POD. I should not have had to do that! They were slightly late (within 30 minutes), they seemed prepared, I felt they could have worked better and faster, yes they were respectful but no, I would not use these two again.

Our movers, Mike and Steve, from Ucall and Ihaul were great. They were on time, worked hard the entire time, and were very nice. They moved our furniture and helped us pack. I would definitely use them again!

I had the most stress free moving experience ever because of the crew from IHAuL! The owner called me right away to set up the moving time and explained in detail what the process would involve. He also made many excellent recommendations regarding supplies I would need. (His sense of humor was awesome too!) The crew that came out were a couple of minutes early, very courteous, patient and worked very hard. They treated my belongings like their own, which goes a very long way for me. They humored my father, who is a bit of a nerd and loves to talk. They even said sir and ma'am, which is so rare nowadays, and therefore something I highly respect. I will be moving again in less than a year and I will absolutely call this company for assistance when I do.

Manager was remarkably rude. Workers on time, were methodical and careful with my stuff. Took 4 hours. Usually takes under 3 with other movers. Won't use again since the manager was rude.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
