They were prepared for the job which was alittle challedging due to usual shape custom pieces. They were respectful, but did have some damage to walls and door frames. I would use them again.

Jason Cesar and Gerald Girtman were the two helpers that came to help us unload our 26 Ft truck. They absolutely were awesome, despite the heat they had to work in. It just happen to be one of the hottest weekends of the year. They both were very careful moving the furniture especially all the heavy stuff that had to go up to the second floor. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for help moving. Thanks again for sending such polite and hard working guys.

They arrived 30 minutes late and were very slow in getting my things loaded onto the truck. Now, I don't fault them completely for that because I have ALOT of stuff and maybe I should have hired 3 guys instead of 2. But overall, they were good and they owner worked with us on the price when they had to stop loading the truck and get a bigger truck because the one I had was too small!

I will say that hire a helpers did move my time when I asked. However they were 40 minutes late. They didn't call. They showed up with nothing but gloves. They scratched up my furniture and told me that is how it was. In 45 minutes only 2 pieces of furniture was moved. My family ended up moving and unloading. Then after 1/10th of the job was done they said time is up and when I requested more time they quoted me a price different then hire a helper did if I went over. I brought this to the owners attention and he met me in the middle of the 2 prices. The workers did not respect my property, worked super slow and had not equipment like a dolly or cart. They also asked me for bottles of water and soda bc they were not prepared. I was mortified and still working on trying to get things repaired

Yes on time, yes prepared, yes worked hard, yes respectful, yes I would use them again. Never stopped moving for the four hours. Good guys, good job.

We decided to hire help at the last minute because some friends weren't going to be able to make it to help us move and I didn't want my parents doing all the heavy lifting. We agreed on two movers for two hours arriving at 10:00am. I had both my husband's parents and my parents arrive at 9:00am to get some boxes out of the way for the movers. The first mover arrived on time ready to work. He said his other guy should be arriving any minute. About 15 minutes after 10am, he came to me and said he couldn't get in touch with the other guy but that he would be willing to stay and work the two hours by himself. He was very sorry and very helpful but we decided we would just pay him for his work so far and have him leave since he was no longer needed. The manager was very rude to my husband and we were having a hard time getting our money back for services we didn't receive. The one mover ended up staying for only one hour and we still had to pay a large portion of the original payment though half the work was done. My husband had to stop the moving so that we could handle the payment amount. It was a really stressful time already and hiring a mover only added to the stress. We loved the one guy that showed, he was very hard working and well mannered and very helpful but we paid for two and should of got what we paid for.

Arrived just before scheduled time. Reviewed what I wanted done and started at scheduled time. They worked quickly and all items moved, were neatly arranged in new area. I had expected to have to pay for additional hours for all I needed done, but they finished in the two hours initially scheduled. Very professional. Would use them again when I need to move more than a few things. Worth the money.

Their service was ok. The guys were nice, but they hit my wall with something heavy and my drywall was damaged on the corner;just not impressed. They were able 2 get all my heavy stuff unloaded and into the house.

They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
