I was told the crew would arrive any time between 12p and 1p. I was also told I'd receive a phone call to let me know when the crew would arrive at least 30 minutes before. I did not get a phone call nor did the crew arrive on time. I had to call myself and then finally a text was sent after I called letting me know that the crew would be 20 minutes late.
Not only were they late, but they mismanaged the space of the truck. They reorganized the truck multiple times because they didn't realize the they had other rooms which were noted when they arrived. This of course set us back hours from our original departure time.

They showed up super late and were supposed to come back the next day and didn't show up at all. We used them multiple days in a row previously and tipped them generously so it was bizarre that they did this knowing we still needed help and the job was not finished. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. Would not recommend their services.

They were hard workers and never complained. They had lots of heavy boxes going upstairs and never once made any bad remarks about. They were VERY respectful. The only thing is…our RatPack arrived very early. I tried to see if the movers could come early. I never received a call or text telling me yes, or no. I spoke with someone 3 times and he said they would contact me one way or the other. Keith and Marcus were GREAT and we would request them again!!!

The young men that unloaded our pod were polite, friendly, incredibly careful, worked without stopping for the entire time. They were so fast at emptying the large pod that they were done in no time.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of help.

Marcus and Keaton did a fabulous job! They kept me informed of the delay upon arrival and worked diligently while on site. They were mindful about moving items in a conscious manner to avoid scraping the floor or the walls. Both were pleasant, polite, and efficient. I would absolutely book again.

They were on time. They had gloves and moving equipment to assist them moving my items. They work very hard, quickly and efficiently taking good care of all my possessions and furniture. The truck was packed expertly to save space and protect my furniture from damaging and scratching. They were done way before I expected and if I need to move again, I would absolutely use them again.
