The guys were really kind, punctual and worked really fast. They did all the heavy lifting and we were so grateful to have them for the loading portion. However, they did not utilize any of the moving blankets we offered, and because of this some of our more valuable items (such as a wooden coffee table and a mirror) were cracked or scratched. Some larger items were stacked on top of circular smaller items, so they naturally fell and cracked during the drive. Very quick and effective work. But we are disappointed in the damages.
