The 2 movers were very nice young men and they worked hard. Unfortunately, they did not bring the tools, strap-dollies or any hand trucks that are promised in the advertisement. This led to extra hours I had to pay. Also, they were an hour late so the 6 people ready to help, had to sit around waiting on them. Not happy with what was promised vs. what I got.
