Guillermo and his team were super helpful in packing my belongings into a 16' POD for a cross-country move. He was communicative before the job started, they arrived on time and worked hard. They were respectful of my items and treated everything as if it was their own which I really appreciated. They even brought extra moving blankets that they let me keep so I didn't have to purchase a bunch on my own! My only nit was I paid for an extra hour that we didn't end up needing because the guys knocked it out quicker than expected, but think that's a good problem to have.

The guys were fast, easy to talk to and kind.
My complaint is that I was quoted $150 for them to offload my baby grand piano off the moving truck into my one story home. The three guys tried their best but they were having lots of trouble with their dolly, straps and all in all, they ended up not using it. Instead they asked for help from myself and my friend. In total, 5 of us moved it in by carrying it. After the piano was in the living room, the team lead changed his quote from $150 to $250 stating he misquoted.
After they left, I unwrapped the piano and found damage to the corners of the piano lid and edge, chipped wood / scratched veneer in the same area.
Nice guys, very kind, but the piano is now damaged, and they changed the price after the piano was moved inside even with me and my friend assisting them.
