I will never hire this company again. The show time was 2-3 and they showed up at 3:30. One of the two gentlemen I hired moved very slowly and it seemed like it was his first move. We wouldn't have needed more time if both hired movers moved efficiently. I asked about adding another hour, but they couldn't because they had to leave to go to their next job. The last company we hired moved this same stuff in 1.5 hrs. Very disappointed with Around The Clock Movers!

Our helpers, arrived late, but had a very stressful day. And the delay was really beyond their control. Although they had a horrendous day, they still showed up to help us, and did not cancel on us. They worked with a positive attitude, even though they were exhausted. I would use them again.

I called last week and was very clear that I had special circumstances, like flying from out of state to make this move. I was very clear about what i needed and even canceled because I wasn't hearing back from them . I gave them a second shot after talking to Guillermo. On the call with him i was promised a truck and 2 extra Helpers, Guillermo gave me his words and he said his word is true- unbreakable. He was so adamant about that..so moving day he didn't do show up with the truck and movers. Didn't reply to text, no call, no show. Really screwed me over. Said he would buy later with a working truck and didn't. Which is when would have $$$$.
Attitudes with what they did help with were 10 star. But attitude didn't get all my stuff packed and handled.
And he tried to get me to do a positive review before he left me... felt manipulative. Maybe because he lied and never intended to help,? Idk.
Because they were rushing to the next gig they actually left early and didn't really finish the one of two jobs they agreed to do. I had to load the truck for the last 2 hours.
