I had a 9am - 11am Saturday slot. They called at 9am to tell me they had an issue with the truck and would be a little late. They showed up around 9:45 am. Not a big deal to me at all. At 10:45 am, they finished up everything except a couch, which needed to be moved upstairs. The mover told me he needed straps to get the couch up the stairs, but the straps were in the truck and he needed to come back a little later to finish. I told him that worked with me. He told me I needed to approve the invoice before they could leave the job. He showed me where to leave a review and how to tip them. I trusted they would be back and approved the work order. Around 8 pm, I hadn't heard back and gave them a call. They were finishing a job, but weren't sure when it would be done. I told them that it was fine and because it was getting late, they could come back tomorrow. The mover thankfully agreed and said he'd call me when he was on the way. The next day came and went - no call/ no show. The day after that was a holiday. The day after that (Tuesday at this point), I called again, a little more perturbed this time, and told me they still haven't finished my job. He told me he'd be there around 5 pm and again would call when he was on the way. No call/ no show again. I would not recommend using this company due to shady practices. I highly doubt they even planned to return once I approved the work.
