They did a great job. They arrived promptly and were very careful with our belongings. Everything was unloaded and brought in quickly.

They are awesome. I thought I just needed help with the big stuff but they went in and moved the stuff around like putting a puzzle and packed the entire truck. This was my first experience hiring a mover and I would definitely hire them again if I needed to.

I was disappointed with the service I received. It was snowing in Texas, and that is unusual, however I do expect movers to be professional. As the customer, I should be treated a certain way. The main mover complained the entire time. He called me a liar and that I brought him out under false pretenses. The staging area for the items was covered and dry, but he had a 30 second walk from the POD to the staging area. He still complained the entire time. As apart of the move some items needed to be placed on a uhaul instead of my apartment. My daughter brought the uhaul and because he was fussing so bad, she started loading the uhaul herself. They also told me I only get 2 hours and if they can’t get it done by then tough. No additional hours would be paid for. This also led to my daughter and her 14 year old son to loading the uhaul by themselves. At the end they did place one dresser on the uhaul, but they did not assemble at items in the home. I even tried to give him and his partner a tip even though I was upset with they way things went. I gave one to his partner and when I tried to give him one, he walked away. This review is updated because after my first review, he then started texting me and harassing me because he disagreed and felt I was wrong. I would never use this company again.
The evening before the scheduled services i contacted the customer to discuss the %100 chance of snow.
We discussed the potential damage to property and the possible unsafe working/driving conditions. The customer informs us that he is not concerned about potential damage to his belonging and wished to move forward despite Go2Movers recommendation to cancel/reschedule with no fees. We then proceed to explain that the possibility of %100 chance of ice/rain, snow, unsafe road conditions may prevent us from safely completing the job. I told the customer that containers parked at apartment complexes are never placed conveniently and would leave my crew exposed to the elements such as icy rain/snow in freezing temperatures. This is when he begins to LIE and inform us that the container is parked in a covered staging area but i could hear hesitation and allusiveness in his description so i ask 2 very specific questions. 1.) is the container exposed to the elements of the weather at all? The customer responded with a No… 2.) will my crew be exposed to the elements of the weather at all. The customer responds with a No and reiterates the container is in a covered staging area. The morning of the job the customer calls to insist we move forward despite the weather forecast of a %100 winter storm. Upon my arrival i am SHOCKED to see the container is not in a covered staging area and it is parked about 60 feet from the apartment building. Both the container and the crew are exposed to the weather and at this point there is a layer of ice on the concrete/street and heavily snowing. I asked the customer why did he lie to me. He was speechless. Despite being put into unsafe working conditions by dishonesty and manipulation i still decided to move forward. I could of avoided this review altogether by not moving forward due to unsafe working conditions and the customer would of never been able to leave a review. About 15 mins into the job he then informs us there is a 12 foot truck on the way ( driven by his daughter and accompanied by her son) and it will need to be loaded with half of the 16foot container! We spoke on the phone 3 times prior to the date of service and he never mentions loading a truck. I contacted the customer after his review to please take into consideration that we did not quit on him and got the job done. We helped with a 250 lb dresser his daughter and son could not do. His daughter fell off the icy bumper of the truck as there was no ramp. My helper leo also slipped and fell at the exact spot. His Daughter had an order with go2movers to unload the truck but it was cancelled 2 days before the job. The daughter explains her family will help her unload as the reason for cancellation. His daughter contacted HireaHelper to place a complaint but i could not understand why someone is placing a complaint when their order was cancelled. This is when i realized both orders had the same last name. Your daughter cancelling her order 2 days prior to the job is undeniable proof you had every intention to use your daughter and grandson as labor. Having your movers and family move forward despite inclement weather is not a calculated risk but simply reckless abandonment. This customer lied, manipulated and withheld vital job info so that he may bend the circumstances to his will. We went above and beyond the call of duty. We were slipping and sliding all the way home which took 3 hours for only 25 miles. In Hindsight, i should of refused service due to inclement weather and left you to your web of lies.

I highly recommend Dave and his team at Go2Movers. They were hardworking, efficient, helpful and easy to work with. They got my large and small PODS unloaded in under 4 hrs and had all my boxes and furniture right where I needed everything. I would hire them again without hesitation.

10/10 would recommend! They were thorough and careful with our large wooden furniture. Communicated clearly on what direction they needed from me regarding placement in the home. They also were much quicker than I thought and followed covid guidelines. Truly will keep them in mind for the future!

Worked quickly but treated our things gently. Really enjoyed having them here to help. Managed some very heavy, ungainly items with skill.
