These guys arrived on time and stayed on task. They managed the heavy items up the stairs with ease which impressed me very much. I would recommend these folks to anyone who has a move to do. They also mentioned to me that they have a trailer that they can move things so you do not have to ride a truck. Wish I knew about that in advance . Five stars for these folks.

These guys did a great job. Arrived right on time and got right to work after a quick walk through. They were polite, professional and kept busy, gettting everything loaded within the time allowed. I give them my highest recommendation.

I was supposed to have three movers, and they showed up with two. I didn’t have advance notice and I also wasn’t happy with the way the truck was loaded. There were things left off that needed to be on the truck. Advanced warning of not having the third person would’ve been better.
THE EXTRA TIME WAS NEVER ADDED. Upon completion of the order the customer was directed to release payment. We contacted Dennis the next day to inquire about the delay in payment. He then told us he could not release payment until a check cleared from his customer that we helped him unload. Payment was released 4 days after completion of the job. A job that size was not going to be completed in 2 hours even with 3 movers. Dennis Smith of “Smith Moving” knowingly went into this job unable to pay for any additional time for a 3 or 2 mover team. This explains why no additional time was added to the order as advised. We did inform Dennis we were one mover short 30 mins. after our employee called in. We could of used a heads up the customer would not be able to immediately pay for the services received. ALSO, WE DID NOT LOAD THIS TRUCK. WE PROVIDED UNLOADING SERVICES!?
