On time, careful movers, third man not required but provided by company. They were fast and reduced load time to just over an hour of the 2 hour minimum. We were Very prepared for them though so that helped them help us! I would recommend them and would use them again.

The two men packing the POD exhibited a lot of care when handling our furniture. They worked efficiently, asked how we wanted things done, and completed the job within the estimated time frame. i would definitely recommend them.

This was a one man job:wrapping pictures. He worked fast and well, in spite of my not providing the exact materials he wanted. he was friendly and efficient.

The guys worked hard. Importantly though, they were unprepared. They acted overworked. They pushed the start time back an hour and a half. They were in a big rush they didn't bring enough ties. The leader had a slightly rude attitude at the beginning. The biggest problem was they couldn't anticipate if the truck would be full or not. This caused a lot of stress. Halfway through the job they said they could only get half our stuff in the truck. An hour later not only did they get all of our stuff in the truck there was a little bit of room left over. I think this is kind of unacceptable for professionals. Overall it was a chaotic experience and I don't think I can recommend this group. I did give them tips but that was because it was a hot day and they moved quickly.

They were a bit early, and seemed very prepared. They worked very hard, and finished in less than the expected time. They took good care of my property and were extremely efficient. In fact, I have rehired them since they are coming back to finish the first half of the packing -- kitchen, fragile items, china, etc.

Scheduled for 4 hours assuming I would get a refund for time not used. It took them an hour and a half to unload a pod full of boxes. Even with them complaining to each other for the duration, I tipped them $40.00. They asked me to call to release funds when they were done. I explained I had some errands to take care of and would call hire a helper by end of the day. I received a call every 30 minutes for three hours asking me to release funds. Called hire a helper, explained they finished up in an hour and a half. Hire a helper customer service advised they would need to contact Go2Movers to request refund for unused time. Go2Movers refused, wanting to charge the full amount. Lesson learned. Will not be using this service again.

We worked with Go2Movers on three separate days packing and loading our 4br, 3600 sq ft house and we were so impressed! Our previous move had not gone well at all and we were very jaded about movers in general. Go2Movers completely reversed that feeling - they were on time, professional, highly skilled, hard working, and communicated very well throughout the move. Our 4 PODS were packed very tightly and securely. I would absolutely use Go2Movers again.
