The lead guy did a FANTASTIC job of making a difficult pack work. However, his assistant was like a 'bull in a china closet', bumping into things and not following the directions of the lead guy. I would use them to put my stuff back into my newly remodeled house ONLY if I had 2 lead guys (I would be willing to pay extra for that service). It's been a crazy couple of days, sorry that I cannot remember their names. They were on-time. They were prepared. They worked hard. Lastly, be sure to tell them that you an hour longer than you think you need. It was stressful for them to be rush rushing to get to the next job.

I don't write to many reviews but Eli and Marcus deserve this. They came ready to work today and immediately began loading. They were very professional and considerate of all of our needs when it came to loading our upack trailer. They are top notch and I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

PLEASE READ THIS! I have to say, the experience I had with Go2Movers was, in a word, AMAZING. I originally paid for 3 movers for 3 hours but on the date of our move one of the guys was sick and couldn't make it. At first, I was nervous, but Marcos and Bryan showed up and did a FANTASTIC job. They packed our truck in a way I didn't even think was possible. I was worried about running out of space but they were so efficient we had several feet of empty truck space to use to bring items I thought I would have to leave behind. Again, Marcos and Bryan did the work of three guys by themselves and were beyond professional. These guys are the real deal. Would 1000% recommend! I just wish they were in my new city so I could use them to unpack and for future moves!!!

The two workers we hired to load our Pods provided excellent service. They arrived precisely on time, worked quickly and artfully loaded our belongings in much less space than expected. Through it all, they were polite and helpful and worked without let-up. We are extremely happy with the service they provided, and we would definitely use them again.

The movers were on time and worked hard and fast unloading my household goods. Also, they were really nice and respectful of my household items. None of my items were damaged. I would have given 5 stars it there was small damage to the wall in the master bedroom I believe was caused by the movers and they did not tell me about. I discovered it after they left. Overall I was happy with my experience with Go2Movers and would use them again.

These guys were the worst. I think it was Marcus who called the day before. He said he was calling to confirm that they would be there at 8 the next morning. I told him we were scheduled for 1 and we weren't quite ready. He said they had a cancellation and wanted to come then but could wait until 10. Come to find out, I'm pretty sure they double booked us. They had another appointment at 1 o'clock and needed to leave by 12:45. So instead of being truthful with me and asking if I minded my time being changed, he just informed me they would be there at 8. He then said to make sure we had blankets to wrap furniture, shrink wrap, tape and rope. I told him we were going the following morning to get the blankets but didn't know we needed the other items and would be happy to pick them up. He, in the most rude voice, told me he couldn't believe anyone would wait to purchase these items on the day they were to arrive. He was actually angry with me and let me know it. Quite frankly, it was none of his **** business when I purchased these items as long as I had them before he and his crew arrived. I had already made plans with Uhaul so I knew the items would be there. I let him know I thought he was extremely rude for saying that to me and the tone of voice he used. Not everyone is familiar with moving and doesn't know what items will be needed. He should make a courtesy call a couple of days before and let people know the items they need and he should not be so rude to customers. We scheduled 4 guys, only 3 showed up. They left before everything was done to get to the other appointment who was also scheduled for 1. He refused to speak to me at all while they were working. I guess he was still mad at me telling him how rude I thought he was. He would talk to my husband if he needed anything. Once we were moved, the movers we hired to unload the truck, they pointed out how things were not protected and just kind of thrown on the truck. My refrigerator has multiple scratches down the side because it was pushed completely against the side of the truck. I have an antique hoosier that belonged to my great aunt. I showed them one place on it with a crack and told them to make sure it was packed well because it was fragile. They put a piece of shrink wrap around it.....nothing else. It's broken in 2 places and part of the front spindling has been knocked out. I'm not sure how Go2Movers has a 5 star rating if all customers are treated like this. They were on time. They were one man short and didn't finish the job. I thought they were working hard but now it seems like a rush job with no respect of our property. I would never use them again.

Marcus and Brian were amazing!! Professional, efficient and master puzzlers getting all my things to fit, but the care they showed my belongings and the attention to detail in protecting my items while still working quickly was truly amazing. Highly recommend!
