Although they arrived a couple hours late, thus the four stars, I think it was mostly due to a flat tire on the way. However, once they got there they were fantastic. Worked hard, were careful of the furniture, respectful, and overall did a great job.

I really liked the guys who unloaded our pod. They had good attitudes and worked hard. A couple were the same guys who loved me out of my old apartment.
However, there were some problems that weren’t apparent from when they packed the POD at my old apartment.
1. I have a huge bunk bed/dresser combo that has to be taken apart when moved. When they took it apart they made no effort to hang on to the hardware they was required to put it together again. I found parts all over the place and we’re still missing some and will have to buy some. There wasn’t any reason for them not to keep the hardware or at least give it to me.
2. I have a huge mirror that connects to a big dresser. Probably my favorite piece of furniture. Again, the braces that attach the mirror to the dresser we’re RIPPED off. They didn’t even try to unscrew it. I would’ve been happy to do it myself had I known they were just going to rip it off. And we could only find one brace when we tried to attach the mirror. Again, hardware issue. It’s a big deal.
3. They put the beds together for me, which was great and I made sure from the start that they’d be willing to do that. But they never asked where we wanted the beds to go. More communication would’ve solved a lot of issues.
4. Finally, when they put the bunk bed/ dresser unit back together, they put it in the wall against the closet. So, not only could the closet not be accessed, the dresser part of the unit couldn’t be accessed. Thankfully my dad ran out to get the. Before they left and had them turn the whole unit to another wall. I just don’t understand why they thought that would be ok.
So, nice guys and hard workers but need more care with hardware and communication when they’re putting things in rooms and putting g beds together.
