We appreciated Charlie and his crew's efforts and thought they did a good job. They were very careful not to bump into any walls or woodwork.
It did seem quite expensive to basically carry a few pieces of furniture down a flight of stairs and two houses down and then up a flight of steps. We understood there is a two-hour minimum, but the work we asked to have done took less than an hour.
Lastly, we were told there would be a one-hour window in which the movers would arrive. That's great, as it helps with planning. However, we were contacted to see if the movers could come 30 minutes earlier than the start time of their arrival window. For most people that wouldn't have been an issue. We had planned our day based on what we were originally told.
At the end of the day, the furniture was successfully moved without any issues.

They should up after their normal hours. Which is a plus, I had to get out of Dodge, asap! They worked hard and got a lot done in an hour and a half. However, my furniture was thrown into the POD and there was no Tetris involved. Charged for two hours and if they actually took two hours, it would have been a better review.

I’m terrible with names but we hired 3 people to help us load a uHaul. Not only did they show up on time but they walked in and immediately got to work. They worked hard and efficiently the entire 2 hours they were there and they got a 26 ft uHaul completely packed full in those 2 hours. I was and still am so impressed with how well of a job they did. I fully expected to have more loading to do after the 2 hours but we just thought it’d be nice to have people to at least help with the major stuff. We only had a 2 hour drive with the uHaul but in that time, not a single thing moved. It was packed so well- they clearly knew what they were doing. And as a bonus, they were super personable and we enjoyed conversing with them even as they were working hard. I highly recommend for any moving needs!!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
