The two guys that arrived were very nice and on time. They called ahead, were extremely polite and asked all the questions they needed to know to get things done. They were cautious, timely and worked well together. I would recommend these two guys to anyone needing help moving. Thank you.

This was a relatively inexperienced team of 4 who had no strategy to deal with a service elevator that was available to them only. The were 1/2 hour late after calling me saying they were a few minutes away. It took them 2 hours to unload a 16 ft truck that was loaded in 11/2 hours. When unsupervised the less experienced members were slow and had difficulty carrying heavier objects. A job that should have taken 4 hours according to the supervisor I called sharing my concern took them 6 hours. After leaving messages for 3 days I spoke with this supervisor who, after haggling, agreed to reimburse 1 hour.. I feel that I’m entitled to another reimbursed hour.
A prior unloading crew of 3 with this company handled a much bigger truck with many more heavier items.
presented them selves. One from the 4th floor apartment to the elevator then the elevator to the 7th floor apartment. After the move when we spoke on the phone you explained that the crew did not struggle with any pieces. It just seemed as the job took longer then it should. When we unloaded your truck into the 4th floor apartment we just moved you out of it took 3 crew members 3 hours to unload the truck into the 4th floor apartment. This time it took 6 hours to unload 1 truck drive to a separate location wrap/prep the furniture and then move it to a another apartment. When we spoke on the phone the final time I explained that this was definitely at least 5 hour job (with out driving to separate locations) not only did the crew unload a truck to a 3rd floor apartment they then followed you and did a complete load unload of a separate apartment at a separate facility. A M A Z I N G, moving is such an awful thing and these guys exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, ready to work, asked for some instructions and followed anything I asked with "Yes, Mam" (not used to that). They complete all the unpacking, assembled the furniture I needed help with and was done an hour early. I can't say enough about them.

I was not pleased with the overall service received. There are gashes and furniture marks left on the walls and floor. I had to repair it before move-out. They worked at a slower speed than in my previous experiences with movers. On several occasions, the workers were seen on social media on their phones, which deducted from their productivity time.
The truck was packed poorly. Evidently, they were not very experienced movers and lacked the skill to load a moving truck properly. While unloading at my destination, I discovered several items shifted during transport.
I was highly disturbed by being charged an additional fee for the movers arriving 15min early, which should be a courtesy and standard business practices, and a cost for going 5min over. The extra 5 min, including time for me to come outside to approve the job. I simply paid to avoid conflict and because I was asked.
I expected more professionalism based on the previous reviews and was highly disappointed with the amount charged not matching the services received.
