Dylan and Alexis from Smart Movers were our help. They were on time (early actually and said their boss didn't tell them the arrival time), friendly and professional (shook hands, introduced themselves, etc). I moved the same household previously with other movers in a 4 hour window with no problem, but these boys were extremely slow. They only got the big stuff loaded and unloaded in 5.5 hrs, leaving a ton for me to do on my own. They offered to stay longer to help but I didn't want to pay for slow help. They did bring a dolly and rope, but no knife to cut the rope so they were using their keys to cut it and wasted a ton of time strategizing on how to load the uhaul. We loaded a large portion of the filler items ourselves to help save time as well. Like I said, I've done this move before with no problem in this time frame, these boys just were slow.

They did not disclose their names, but Smart Move, LLC was great! They called, even though I did not hear my phone, and arrived early. They were very good at following directions and asking for placement of my belongings. I would hire them again. One thing to note: please put the heavy boxes on the bottom and consider who needs to move the boxes when stacking them. I enjoyed them! My mom wanted to give them a tip. They left too early!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
