Great experience with this company. The staff showed up on time, and really worked hard to get our POD unloaded. We had a hill and quite a few steps up to our new house, so they def worked their butts off! The guys were very respectful and payed attention to all our requests.

Jamal, Texas, Dez & Nick did an outstanding job. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of dedicated professionals. They were super quick, and strong and knew how to maximize the space in our pods for efficient packing. We loved the way they took special care to wrap our delicate furniture items with the blankets and Saran Wrap. We will be requesting the same crew to help us unload our pods in a few weeks after we close on the sale of this home and the sale of our new home in Russellville.

The team arrived early but we were not ready to start. Once we did start the team of 5 did an okay job. My biggest concern was they did not treat my boxes or furniture with care. Many of the boxes were placed on the ramp and then pushed down which crumpled a few. Then they decided to carry several stacks of boxes using a single wide strap that is generally used to move furniture or perhaps a mattress. One of my most fragile boxes anchored the corner of this configuration and the weight buckled the box. Luckly nothing was damaged. I personally would not recommend them to anyone else. I had to watch over their activities as much as I could which was frustrating as I needed to be elsewhere, but I didn't want to leave them unsupervised. To contrast my service that I received to load the truck, they had 2 adults and took only 1.75 hours and did an amazing job. This team had 5 and barely finished in 2 hours.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
