The confirmation of the order did not go well. I missed the 10:09am confirm call, I called back at 10:45 am and was told that the guys were sent to another job. I was totally flabbergasted by "Mike's response".
WHAT? Mike began to make excuses - saying my order was placed late, after 5pm.. Yes, it was after 5pm the day before BUT you accepted the order which conveyed the date & time. No surprises there.
Mike was continually argumentative that I did not confirm the order. I agreed that I missed his call BUT I called back in 34 minutes as soon as I realized I had a missed call. His suggestion was to push back the order time. As the call continued, Mike became more difficult and said he didn't want to send the guys.
I have worked with other Hire Helper Contractors never experienced this crazy scenario.
The guys arrived a hour after scheduled time. They were pleasant and courteous. The unload went off without a hitch. Nick was absolutely wonderful, engaging and professional.

Will and Romain overall did a great job, we would not have been able to move without them! Our time frame was between 1 and 2 and they called at 1:30 and said they were on their way and would be there in about 25 minutes, but they didn't arrive until 2:15. They carried everything heavy of ours upstairs and did not hit/damage any walls! Would hire them again for sure!
