We had an incredible experience with Mike and Castro. Highly recommend them. Extremely professional, respectful, kind, and efficient. They worked hard and took great care of our very old and fragile furniture, and handled more difficult items (piano) with ease. They made everything easy for us!! I hired this company to come between 8-9am. At 8:20am, I received a text they would be running a little late and were having car trouble. I asked for an updated ETA which they did not provide. 2 hours later, I received a text that things were not looking good, and they would have to call a tow truck. I did not receive any apology or the decency of a phone call. I ended up needing to have friends and family help with my entire move or would not have completed the job in time. I felt this service was highly unprofessional, and there should have been a backup method of transportation.

Mike called to confirm all of the details before the move and then worked with me to rearrange the schedule when I had an issue with my storage unit delivery. Dealing with the other company was super stressful but the experience with 3M movers was wonderful. Nick and Myrus were punctual and hard working. They got to work right away, were very careful with our furniture and the walls of my building, and were polite the entire time. I am definitely going to book them again when we unload our storage and I highly recommend them!

Both gentleman completed the work efficiently and were very personable as well. They took great care to not damage my furniture and arranged it conveniently so I have access to what I need.
