Absolutely destroyed our furniture and our brand new home! Avoid this company like the plague.
Hired them, they arrived and smelled like marijuana. Within 5 minutes of our move, they tried to sit the bottom of our dresser on the knoll post in the stairwell momentarily, and it busted right through the bottom of our new dresser.
I instructed them to use the front door, as it's a straight shot through the house, instead of weaving around corners coming in the garage. Nope, this crew took chunks out of my drywall and door trim in a brand new home!
I purchased and provided heavy duty moving blankets to protect our belongings, instead they stacked furniture on top of lamps, snapped the leg off of a chair that hadn't been sat in yet and tore up our kids bedroom furniture. Our daughters glass musical snow globe was shattered, they would step off the sidewalk and walk through the ankle deep mud, then walk through our brand new home. These guys flat out DO NOT CARE. I walked downstairs and find guys standing around with their cell phones plugged into my electric outlet charging their phones.
After all the damages, I called the owner, Joey and he apologized and asked me to provide the amount of the damages his crew caused. I included photos, detailed descriptions and sent him an invoice. Guess what, he ghosted me! I finally got in touch with his wife and she told me he wasn't going to pay me anything because my $1600 quote was, "much higher than he expected!'
Long story short, Hire A Helper had to step in and pay us money because this dead beat wouldn't. Please, Please, Please, don't let this guy touch your furniture.

Great team that was respectful and did the job quickly and efficiently! I had an 8x7' PODS and everything I needed stored was stacked safely. Loading was in and out in about an hour.
