I was charged for 4 hours and they were only there for 3.
They told me 1 of the workers had to leave and I still needed them. One of the guys was disrespectful and said they will leave. I told him go ahead and they did.. they scratched some of my furniture and a painted railing inside the house and left drawers out of 1 of the dressers inside the house and loaded furniture in front of it on the truck so was unable to put the draws back in it. I want my money back that I was overcharged.

We had a very positive experience! They were right on time and text to let us know exactly when they would be there. The team moved the furniture carefully and packed the uhaul very tightly. We probably needed a bigger truck but he made it all fit! Would recommend them for anyone in need of strong, polite and efficient overs.
