Joey and Justin did a great job. We moved from third floor and there were tons of stairs. They kept moving the whole time. Took the couch apart and packed the truck tight! Every nook and cranny was full.

These gentlemen were early, worked very hard ! They were self motivated and made the most of their Time to get as much done for us as they could. They came at a last minute call and drove an hour and half to help. Highly recommend!!!

The movers started off doing a good job the first hour and things went down hill considerably after that. There were four of them but only 3 of them worked, the fourth did absolutely nothing. I had to move about 20 of my own very large boxes in order to keep the job from running over any longer than it did. And it did run over significantly! This was because they spent a lot of time standing around talking about sports and video games instead of unloading the truck. They also wasted valuable time by not listening to me and then having to go back and do things again the right way... case in point, not placing my king sized canopy bed the way I wanted in the room, placing it where they wanted it, despite me telling them that it wouldn't fit that way without covering up the light switch and possibly not being able to close the bedroom door. The lead guy was sure it would fit, again, despite that not being the way I wanted it. And what happened? It wouldn't fit and they had to place it the other way. And the worst thing, because they did not listen, the amount of DAMAGE they did to my belongings and the property! They did not secure the canopy bed poles as I suggested and the lead guy attempted to put the bed together alone when I specifically told him he needed another person. What happened? BOTH the canopy bed poles which he stood up in the corner unsecured, came crashing down, broke the tops of both poles, tore down the new blinds on the way down, knocked several holes in the walls and fell on top of the wooden side rail of the bed, splitting it in two. The lead mover than had the nerve to lie to me after breaking a bed that cost over $1800, factoring in the tax and delivery price. He lied as if I wasn't there to see the poles come off the truck intact or like I didn't see them standing there intact when I told him he needed to secure them or like I wasn't standing right outside the doorway when they fell! I think that is the thing that upset me worst of all. I would have never left this review had they just accepted responsibility for their actions. I would have just quietly let it pass and prayed that karma would return them the favor for the crappy service they provided me. But the fact that they refused to accept responsibility for their actions and offer a proper apology does not sit well with me at all. I will NEVER use them again! They BROKE an over $1800 bed AND left it partially assembled. I have to now pay someone to take it apart and assemble it correctly and attach the canopy, which they just ignored and left off altogether. They damaged the property, putting multiple holes in the walls. They tore down blinds. They wasted time, resulting in the job running way longer than expected and they had me pay them directly, in cash, for the extra time. They left my couch outside on the back porch, where it still sits because they claimed they couldn't get it through the door. I honestly feel they just got tired of trying and quit! So, I have an $1100 couch sitting outdoors, exposed to the elements until I can afford to hire someone else to come move it inside.. Again, I will NEVER use this company again and do not suggest anyone else use them either. In fact, I doubt that I will ever use this site to hire help again, knowing the kind of people they hire. If you value your possessions and property and don't want to be left spending more money on repairs or item replacement than you did the move, then STAY AWAY from these people. Save yourself the agony and hire movers who will actually LISTEN to you, respect your wishes and your belongings and who will accept responsibility for their mistakes. You'll be glad you did!

You left a different review saying something totally opposite of this and I have screenshot (Which I do every review) to prove it so I’m totally lost at the change of review. I called you throughout the move to make sure my workers were doing everything properly and you said yes each and every call and even thanked me for sending such a respectful crew out When they were finished reservation and you even texted me and asked if I can send my lead out to you 2 weeks after that date. Paying cash is not an option so I have no clue what you are saying about that. Once again I’m lost at the change of review. Thank you for choosing On Go Moving And Hauling and have a blessed day

I was very happy with the guys that came to help us move. I rated 4 stars only because they were 2 1/2 hours late. They came from another job that was very far away and their first customer needed them longer.
The did a great job with stacking everything in the truck and was both very aware of important items. They even placed items in their truck that didn’t fit. I would recommend them for sure thanks guys for the help

Joey and his crew were on time and extremely helpful. One of their guys got sick at the last minute and they still managed to get a full crew to our place on time and as promised. I was really impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Arrived on time but had some issues. They got a lot of our furniture and walls dirty with their gloves. One of the workers seemed annoyed to be there and huffed and puffed if I told him one of the boxes had to go up or down a flight of stairs. He also put our wardrobe boxes upside down so when we unpacked what should’ve been an easy box we had to put all the clothes back on hangers.
