This experience was horrible. They should pay me for having to go through such an ordeal. This company is not truthful they charge your credit card and they don’t perform work. These movers left my possessions in a public lobby of a condo building and left. Then hire a helper charged my credit card an additional three hours after they assured me they wouldn’t charge me any additional monies…. do not hire with this company. A two hour move cost more than a full-service house move and it was never completed. A 16 foot pod was supposed to be unloaded the movers showed up with no dollies left my possessions all over the parking lot and Lobby and took off and hire a helper charge my credit card additional monies after I complained during the whole move that they were not moving my stuff and I wanted my original money back I was assured I wouldn’t get charged more and they charge me more this is not a professional company it is a joke I would’ve been better off hiring elementary school children.

The guys were good, friendly, and kept in contact with their ETA. The only fault I had was they didn't bring any equipment to move boxes such as, carts, dollys, or sleds. Also, they didn't have tape or plastic wrap. Equipment was supposed to be available as per the booking. I would definitely use them again but have the supplies available.

The WORST service ever!!!!! Never hire them again. Came unprepared. Banged my furniture on the chandelier within minutes into the job. Dropped furniture constantly. Left the job unfinished. Didnt want to stay extra to finish even when I offered to pay extra. And WORST OF ALL scratched my brand new remember deled floors when throwing around my expensive couch. And then came to me expecting to get oaid without saying a single word or apologizing for anything. NEVER HIRE THEN THEM AGAIN! THE WORST SERVICE EVER. SO ****ING DISRESPECTFUL TO PEOPLES THINGS!
