I had a great experience today with Logan Lift Express! From start to finish, our move went smoothly. I needed help moving several heavy/bulky items in our house (i.e. from the basement to the garage). Darius and Jay called me to let me know they were on their way and showed up right on time. They made quick work moving all the items on our list - we even added on a few pieces at the last minute since they were so speedy. Even with our add-ons, they finished with over an hour to spare (I booked them for two hours). They were polite and handled our possessions (including an expensive appliance) with care. I would gladly hire them again for a future move!

The helpers were not much helpful. Half of the time they were roaming around the building. They were too slow in doing all the loading and unloading. They even didn’t care about my stuff. They just threw it on floor. One of them was kid who was not much help. I had to move most of the stuffs to my new home. I would never recommend them.

Darius and Jay arrived on time, they worked together and had a solid plan. The finished within the 4 hour window. The knew exactly how to load the truck. I highly recommend this company and these two gentlemen. (and I am hard to please) They offered suggestions and asked questions to be sure we were pleased.

Cris, Jay and Darius blew it out of the park. On time, very helpful with final furniture wrapping and super nice. They took over and everything worked out to protection. They had 3 pods to fill and used every square inch.

We decided to move a 4 bedroom house ourselves. We knew the furniture was going to be a job for professionals. Our container company recommended Hire a Helper. And they put us in touch with Logan Lift Express. They sent out Akeem and Tyler and they came right on time. They were pleasant, courteous, and friendly. They got right to work and packed 2 16' containers quickly and efficiently. Care was taken with our belongings. We are greatly impressed with Logan Lift Express and the important service they provide. We will be using them to unpack when we get to our new home. We hope they send out this great team.
