Darius and Jay were on time, were friendly and professional. However I did feel like they could have worked a little harder/faster.
When they left, we had not had much actually loaded into the truck, they took so much time shrink wrapping our furniture, which we appreciate. We were left in lurch though when they left, and if they had hustled a bit more we could have gotten a lot more done in those 2 hours.
