We had a very big move ahead of us, relocating from Chicago to California. We were concerned about reliability, ability and caution with our items. However, all our concerns were addressed and eased with the moving labor help we got from Logan Lift’s two incredible team members, Darius & his co-worker! Darius let is know more specifically the day before what time they expected to arrive. The morning of, he communicated again and gave us their eta, which helped so much with our planning.
They made everything sound easy, and assured us they will take care of our stuff. They asked some real good questions about our load, and also the sequence we wanted to unpack on the other side. They explained their strategy of loading, and then got on with the job effortlessly, gently and on time.
We were highly satisfied, and would recommend Darius and his teammate, to be anyone’s top pick!

On the day, I thought their service was great. They showed up on time, worked hard, got done early, it went great.
Unfortunately, when we unloaded the truck after a 6 hour drive, we noticed that several items did not get wrapped with furniture pads and each of those were damaged. We had a plethora of furniture pads to use, so it's a huge bummer to find broken furniture.
Back of chair snapped off of the base. The front corner of our daughter's bed/bookcase got crunched (the unwrapped end that was sitting directly on the truck floor). Other headboard got scraped. Flatscreen TV broken. It seems like they were wrapping every other piece. I'm guessing the theory is that a piece is between two other wrapped pieces that it should be fine, but that did not work.

Andre and Javier (I think? I'm awful with names I should have written this review immediately after he told me his name) did such a wonderful job. They were quick and efficient and took great care of my things, as well as just being great gentlemen to be around. Strongly recommend.

The guys were early to the job and got right to work. They moved quickly but efficiently. I had a very difficult piece of furniture that would not fit through my doors and they were very patient and careful in disassembling it to get it moved. They didn't come with any tools so make sure to specify in your order or request if you want them to bring any equipment or supplies, but I highly recommend Logan Lift.
