The movers showed up on time. There were 2 guys that we hired to unload. It seemed like they were tired because they had just completed another 5 hour job. The lady that I believe was there boss wanted payment before the job was even completed. The movers that packed our truck were unbelievable so I guess I was comparing them to that. Would try someone else if I ever had to do it again.

Thank you for sending Jake and Al on May 30th to move my things. They were on time, polite, professional, patient, and careful, and really hustled. Movemasters kept in touch with me, before during and after the move, and made me feel like they cared. I do have feedback for HireAHelper about the invoicing. I've had trouble getting through to someone before, but after my move ended, I tried to call to let you know and I was disconnected and had to call twice. Then, I was sent TWO invoices by email that appeared my credit card was charged twice, with no explanation why I got two invoices that appeared I was double charged. Other than that, I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend you to others without hesitation. Thanks so much!

The workers arrived on time, ready to start work. They had to move three heavy file cabinets and did it quickly and efficiently. They moved multiple boxes from one room to another. Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.

We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
