The movers did not come prepared. They came with a flat 4 wheel dolly which could not be used. The movers had to use a small two wheel dolly I had rented from Walmart. They small dolly caused them to take longer than anticipated, and there were 12 boxes that remained unmoved. The movers did did not take initiative and required instruction on where to place each box-stacking them would have been the uninstructed expectation-these are professional movers. They did take initiative to clear the kitchen table so it could be moved; they threw the few items on the table into the garbage and we had to sort through the garbage to retrieve the items. Finally, when the end of the two hours arrived they pressured me relentlessly to release the funds from my account.

The entire crew was very respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. We had our truck packed and drove here from Indiana, and the packers did a terrible job there, THE MOVEMASTERS CREW WAS GREAT. They were aware just by looking, and was very careful unpacking. The crew is knowledgeable, careful, concerned about your items, work quickly but with great day care! The two gentlemen who packed my POD were very professional, on time and very careful with my things. Al and Dexter were outstanding and fast, getting me fully packed and loaded in less than three hours. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
