I'm so sorry- I wanted to be able to leave a good review, however I believe these guys were in over their heads. First, they were three hours late. I had friends who would have been able to help things go a little faster, however because the movers arrived so late I lost my helpers. Additionally, the guys came with NO equipment: no tools, no dolly, no straps ... Fortunately my apartment complex had luggage carts and I happened to have furniture sliders so we used those. I have a large buffet with a marble top - they actually dropped it. Not thing broke but they did not have the right equipment to move anything. I ended up paying for an extra two hours because it went so slowly having to move this way. They were so nice, they worked hard but they were not the epitome of professionalism. It was like having my next door neighbors come move me instead of a professional moving company. It was extremely stressful Again, they were super nice and hard working, this company is just not ready to compete with a large professional moving company.

We requested them to come a day early because of early delivery of our POD. We did this at the last minute and they arrived within an hour. No hesitation - just "We would be happy to help you." They were very careful with our furniture and our home, including carrying some very heavy furniture up a very tricky stairway. We have already re-hired them for unloading of a second POD.

They called me to let me know they were running a little late (which I appreciated) and did a good job. They worked hard and got everything I needed done within the time frame.

We chose a time for the guys to come help later in the day knowing full well that they'd probably get a little backed up somewhere. That was fine with us and as I said, to be expected. They were however, great about calling us along the way to let us know updated expected arrival times which was helpful. When they arrived, they were quick, strong, and great at loading - allowing us to get everything we needed (which was a lot) into the Pod we used. We would highly recommend them.

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
