The 2 men were not as care full as I would liked. Didn't wrap some of the furniture I thought they should of wrapped. Didn't put matrices in bag I furnished them. And didn't wrap the Couchs. Had furniture covers for some furniture that wasn't put on furniture also. I'll do it my self. I asked them to pack the pod with no empty spaces. It's wasn't done. There is room at the ceiling to put stuff. The good part is. They put heavy boxes and furniture I couldn't handle by myself in the pod. They did it in 2 hours. It would of taken me a long long time to do. When ordering the u to move furniture u have to put down the pounds of my furniture. I didn't know how much things weighted.

I would definitely recommend them! They were on time (even a bit early), professional, courteous, and they got the job done quickly! I am very, very pleased that I called. There are so many little jobs like this that people like my husband and I simply cannot do. Hiring a service like this is just wonderful! I was even contacted a couple of times ahead of time to ensure everything was in order.

I set up my move to begin between 12pm and 1pm. I was first contacted after the movers were already past the noon hour and they told me that they would be later than the 1pm time frame "but no later than 1:30pm". I received my second call from these movers after 2pm when they told me they were still "at least 30 minutes away". I will say this, once the movers did arrive, they did a fantastic job and hustled very hard to get the move back into the scheduled time frame. They were also very interested in making sure that the move ended at the originally scheduled end time of no later than 5pm. Essentially I only received 2 hours of service but I did get two good hours of service.

I absolutely would recommend this moving service. They were great throughout the entire process, communicating with me prior to the move and replying promptly to questions I had. They were right on time for the job and let me know when they were on the way. Even though the moving truck company failed to provide me with a truck that morning which I had reserved weeks ahead of time, what could have been a disastrous situation for me was handled so professionally and effectively by S & L, and particularly LaShaun. I had to run around trying to secure a truck from a different company, and he reassured me that my move would still take place and nothing was a problem. He stayed in communication with me and dispatched the movers again when I finally did get the truck. The actual movers were great, very efficient and helpful, extremely courteous. I did not think everything was going to fit in the truck, but again, they were very professional and fit everything in with room to spare, and got the job done in record time. Again, I could not recommend this company any more highly, they are truly top notch!!! Thanks for everything!!!

Four professional gentleman showed up on time to load are pods. We were quite impressed with how careful they were with our furniture and belongings. They were very knowledgeable and precise with loading the pods efficiently. We will be using them again to unload our pods and would highly recommend to all.

Our experience was great! We had an unexpected need for movers - were able to book them to work in less than 24 hours. They showed up, worked super fast and efficient and were extremely respectful and courteous. I would use them and this company again in a heartbeat!

These guys were absolutely wonderful. Helped with everything and got it done before the 3 hours I had allotted. They showed up on time- called me when they were 30 minutes away, and got to work immediately when they arrived. I have a ton of stuff and it's heavy! They were able to make it all fit in the truck with ease. They were able to assist in packing up my pull out couch, a very tall mirror and other oddly shaped items with no issue. I would recommend these movers to everyone. They made something very stressful into a dream. Well worth the amount we paid, if I ever need moving assistance again I will call them for sure.
