Gabe and Luis came to help us with both packing and loading onto our PODS container over two days. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently throughout the process. They were professional, kind, and positive. I felt that I could completely trust them with our furniture. Louis was very meticulous and careful in wrapping them. this was very important as we were moving across the country and needed more than average protection(we provided all the heavy duty moving blankets and rachet straps). Most importantly they were such experts in packing our two bedroom belongings into a 16 foot pods container that we didn’t think was possible!

Otto’s team were excellent in loading our truck for a tricky interstate move. They called a couple days before our booking just to confirm which I appreciated, and when I shared more about our move they suggested having the team come a little early just to make sure they could get it done in time. Gabriel and Luis were excellent movers- they handled our delicate furniture items with care and made some very helpful suggestions as to what would travel best where. They packed our very full apartment into our 15’ U-Haul with a little room to spare, and everything made it to our destination (including multiple mirrors and TVs) completely intact. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.

Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
