5/5 would absolutely recommend Otto’s Moving and Storage to anyone in need of help. We booked this service about a month prior to our move, we traveled over 1300 miles in 2 days to arrive in Boston. Almost immediately after booking we received a call from Otto to confirm the service and go over some helpful info. Then 2 days before the service Otto called again to check in and make sure we were still going to arrive at the same time. The day before Otto once again confirmed we were still safe and not in need of a time accommodation in the event that our trip was interrupted. Luis and Gabi arrived 10 minutes early and immediately helped guide me in backing the moving truck into a very tight driveway. These guys emptied a 20 foot truck, up 6 flights of stairs in under 2 hours. I cannot stress enough how much we needed their help after the long trip. Again, 5/5. Anyone looking for a reliable and stress free moving experience needs to call Otto. Thank you again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
