The fine gentlemen at Ready2Go bailed me out of a tough situation.
They made time - at the last minute - on the Friday before Labor Day to help me move a number of items that I simply couldn't move without extra help.
They came all the way from the Boston area to Portsmouth, NH, fighting holiday traffic all of the way. Once they got here, they worked like FIENDS to get the job done.
These young men were polite, professional, and worked very hard. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs some extra hands while moving.

They arrived hours after I scheduled them to help me move my stuff into a pod, and they were constantly on the cell phone with the guy who was in the office - I mean CONSTANTLY. Every time they lifted something, they put it down because they had to yak on the phone with the boss. And I had written in my reservation of moving labor help that I had HUGE furniture - they sent me an 18-year old guy who dropped the bureau and trapped his ankle on the stairway, and the othe worker was a woman, who was very fit at moving boxes, but they could not handle the furniture. I then had to wait another two hours for a third guy to show up - he was very large and able to handle the furniture, but they dragged it down the stairs instead of carrying it, and damaged the furniture as well as the staircase. I wouldn't suggest this service again to anyone. They were reserved for five hours, but only worked three, and I was not refunded any money.

They arrived right on time and were dressed in professional attire. They were prepared, hard working, respectful, and professional. We would definitely use them again.

I used Ready2 Go for a pack up and then an unload a few days later. I didn't have a good experience on either day. The first day they were late and then took way too long to do the pack up (I've had pro movers before and this took way too long) they also complained about what they had to move but the second appointment was worse. The organizer seemed to have totally forgotten about the unload (he thought it was the next day but I had the correct paperwork) and had to scramble to find someone so they were 4 hours late. We did a ton of the work ourselves by that time. Then he called me on the phone before they were done and asked me how much I was going to tip and that I should give part of the tip to the driver (who did nothing). I think that's my business, not his.The actual unloaders were wonderful and when I found out how much they got paid, I was in shock. I tipped them a great deal because I felt so bad. So basically I paid them to move my stuff and I paid the company a ton to totally mess up the appointment anyway. I'm just glad it's over. I'd use the men who came the second time on their own again but NEVER the company

Ready2Go Movers saved the day after my scheduled movers (Parent Moving) didn't show up. I called Hire-a-helper and, within a few minutes, they had arranged with Ready2Go Movers to send two movers ASAP, even though they had to travel an hour or so to get to me. They also agreed to move my stuff for the lower price I had originally reserved with the other company. The two movers were professional, hard-working, and friendly, and they packed my furniture and boxes in a very organized, smart way into my 10-foot rental truck. I was surprised it all fit. They also carted my oversized sofa down 5 floors on a narrow, turning stairway, since it wouldn't fit on the elevator. They did a good job and were reliable. I recommend them!

These guys did a great job. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done quickly and safely. There was a situation where the couch was to big to fit through the door and they took the door off to get the couch in and put it back up with no additional charge. Because they had to take the door on and off, they ended up having to work an extra hour to get everything in and didn't charge me for the extra hour. I highly recommend them.

I requested 2 movers for a 1 bedroom move. Although I had noted that the movers were not allowed to use the elevator (it was built in 1890), 1 guy still tried to convince me to let them use it. This was very frustrating, as I had stated they would need to use the stairs when I booked the job. One mover had a great "can-do" attitude, but the other complained. Also, they unwrapped my furniture from it's blankets and one piece was scratched. The move was a success, but I could've done without the guy's attitude.
