Setting up the hire a helper experience was excellent. It was quite easy to find help and we had no reason to think that the move would be anything but seamless. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The movers were approximately 4 hours late for the move at which time we had already moved half of our belongings into the apartment. We were given several excuses by Ready2Go movers as to why they were 4 hours late. Unfortunately because of the Ready2go movers unreliability, the move cost us an extra $150 in Uhaul late fees. This is the last time we will ever use Ready2Go Movers.

Reggie and Eddie were right on time for the job. They were very friendly. After they unloaded the truck at my new house, we had to go back to the old house to pick up a few more furniture items. The only issue that I had was that they were rushing at times and scratched the hardwood floor with the couch. We were doing fine on time so there was no need to rush the job.

These guys had a tough job. 90 plus degrees, while unloading a truck for a 5 bedroom house. Lots of steps to go up. Great personalities to add to a long day. Worked hard and nothing was broken.

The movers were very nice, and worked hard to get our truck unloaded. They were careful with our furniture and boxes, and nothing was damaged during the unloading process. They were most pleasant to deal with. They were a few minutes late, which was not a problem for us. They did not have a dolly, which slowed them down a bit and made the move more difficult. We managed to borrow one and that helped them out. Those two minor issues aside, we were very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.
