The Up:
1. The helpers were very professional and courteous.
2. They worked very hard and fast. Which was nice considering we were on an hourly basis.
3. Fair Price.
The Down:
1. Moved a little too fast at times causeing damage to the house and furniture...Ensure that you do proper prepack prior to these guys coming to help. ie.. disassemble and wrap large items yourself.
2. I was told they would bring a dolly and moving blankets. It was a good thing I rented some for just in case because their excuse was they had too many jobs that day and I guess I was on the bottom of their priority.

Men showed up on time and ready to work. Couple of issues with packing techniques, but they were young energetic and handled themselves professionally, most importantly.

Although A Touch Above was not the company that I originally hired through Hire - A- Helper, they are the company that showed up, albeit an hour late. I was not informed of the switch until they arrived. I was put in a spot so I was more or less forced to hire them or do the work myself.
They did a decent job packing the truck but misjudged its capacity leaving me scrambling to find a way to get the remainder of my stuff to my new house in another state on very short notice. I had asked prior to the start of the work if they felt everything would fit and was told, "you'll be surprised" and "everyone asks that same question. " It all worked out in the end but added some stress to the situation.
A few items were damaged during transit. Most of the damage on those items would have been prevented with proper use of furniture pads.
The laborers were polite and respectful and completed the job that I hired them for within the alotted time. They worked quickly and efficiently.
Overall I was pleased with the job they did.
