A Touch Above Moving and Cleaning Services was a fantastic company to hire. They were early to the moving sit and worked extremely hard to move my stuff as fast as possible while also making sure my belongings were safe and secure. I would recommend them to anyone moving!

A Touch Above Moving and Cleaning Services did a HORRIBLE job moving us! All of our furniture was beat up and scratched. We have A LOT of damaged furniture that now needs to be repaired. They didn't take care of our belongings when they were packing up the truck. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The men did a good job at loading the truck - only a few items shifted in the move from Georgia to Minnesota - HOWEVER - I have an antique dresser/vanity that was not covered and the top of it is scratched and ruined - it can not be repaired to it's original state and value. Also the microwave oven was not covered and has dents and scratches on the surface as well. There were at least seven (7) pads that came with the truck that they did not use - there was no excuse for this. They were not going to completely wrap and 1890 paino either until I spoke up and were about to attach the covering with masking tape to the piano itself.

The three men that came to help us load our moving truck were very nice and efficent. We wound up having to rent a pull along to fit all our things. They tried to fit everything but couldn't. We apreciated their effort. The only thing is, when we got to our destination, the stuff was packed into our truck to tight that several items were broken, scratched and trim was missing from the bottom of one of my cabinets. They were helpful, but packing the truck too tight might not be the best idea.

In general, I was satisfied because the job was accomplished on time afterall. But they were 1-1/4 hours late due to booking another job before mine (after confirming with me their availability for my job at the requested time). To their credit, they did tell me the night before that they would be up to an hour late, and that they would provide an extra person at no charge to complete my job. Nevertheless, I only had the truck for 4 hours, and it was not certain that the move was going to be completed on time. I could have done without the anxiety.
The men were courteous, but they did not handle some of my furniture properly. For example, one person dragged a dresser across the floor, rather than lifting it into place. He should have waited for another to help him move it properly. He was new and needed better training.
