We used HireAHelper website to move my son's belongings off a UHaul we drove and into an apartment in NYC. They came back via email saying they didn't have anyone at the time we needed and we thought "now what?". Within a few minutes, they called to ask if they could find another mover....of course, I said "Yes!". She said she'd call around and get back to me in 20 minutes, which she did, with another group to move us! What a relief! That was a Godsend! A2B MOVING was very good communicating with us that day, on time, prepared, they were very careful with our things and worked extremely FAST! I and out in 1 hour, 10 minutes for a 2 bedroom apartment. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

We needed to empty our minivan of its cargo and move everything to our fourth-floor walk-up. After trying to do it ourselves, we called A2B instead. For a last-minute, same-day move, it went well. Tony and his colleague arrived a few minutes late, but we figured that was understandable given the last-minute scheduling. After greeting us with a handshake, they figured out the logistics of the move and then went straight to work. They worked steadily in the July heat and had the job done in less than an hour. Some items got less than 100% focus, but nothing got broken. Again, considering that we were in a rush, we were very satisfied with the results. The price was reasonable. Under the same circumstances, we would use A2B again.

Absolutely horrible service. I hired them to move furniture and heavy boxes. They showed up and was clear that they didn't want to be working and ignored all instruction on what to load to PODS first and did as they pleased. To top it off, my leather couches are all scratched, dropped a glass doors cabinet and bashed in a corner. I offered them with dollies and hand truck to use which they refused on both. Do not use these guys if you value your furniture.
