My moving day overall was not a good experience. I am grateful for A2B Moving for excepting the job after my previously hired movers canceled on me, however ultimately the job was not completed as I needed it to be. To begin with, the movers went to the wrong address, which delayed the start of the job by 40 minutes. I was moving out of a small artist studio. The job should have taken about an hour and a half in my estimation, however it ended up taking 2 1/2 hours. In the process, I received a parking citation, the movers locked themselves out of the studio, and let the battery drain/die in their car. I had a time constrain on the moving - all the items were being donated and the donation center closed at 3pm. The movers were done at 2:45pm, thus making it impossible to make it to Queens to donate the items to charity. Because I could no longer donate the items, I then had to arrange with UHaul to extend my rental, and arrange a place to park the UHaul overnight. The movers had no concern for time contains I was under. Even if they had finished in the time allotted, they wouldn't have been able to finish the job because the battery in their car had died. It was a long series of unfortunate events, and A2B Moving did not help in the stress of the day.

They were on time, but one of the workers took fifteen minutes to park the car, and left 2 other times for fifteen minutes each to go check the meter. One of the workers was GREAT. He worked so very hard, but the other just was not a hard worker. We felt like we didn't get two workers for two full hours. That being said, they were respectful of our property and goods. We couldn't get everything done in the two hours we booked, however, but if both had worked equally as hard, we would have had enough time to get everything done.

Responsible, hard-working crew. They were coming from another job and kept me informed to let me know they were running late -- got 3 calls updating their status so I knew exactly when to expect them. Once they arrived, set right to work. Very polite and considerate. Would definitely use them again.

A2B are the best! They moved everything from a vey tightly packed large truck up a five flight walk up in two hours and were extremely pleasant to boot! They are LIFE SAVERS and the nicest people!
