The team was great -- Chad, Joe & Mel. Worked hard. Moved everything carefully. Polite and communciated with us well. Judged what would fit in our POD very accurately and did a great job packing it! Best thing I can say is that I'm going to request the same team when we get the POD unloaded!

My appointment was scheduled for an 11am arrival with this moving crew. By 1:20pm they still never arrived so I called hire a helper and reported the no show and asked for a refund with compensation. Very disappointed in this service.
I was on a time schedule to pack and move which is now delayed. Plus there’s a nor’easter arriving which will delay even further. I do not recommend this company. They are not reliable.

Mover's response:
What this customer did not mention was we kept in contact with her the entire day starting from 8:00 a.m. in the morning I told her that we were running late and will be showing up between 1 and 2:00 p.m. and if she wants we can send another crew if it's an inconvenience. She had no problem with the arrival time I kept in contact with her the whole day the last time I spoke to her was 12:45pm I don't know what happened between 12:45pm and 1:20pm but she never contacted us to let us know that she did not have the time to wait. Roughly 45 minutes after our last conversation we received a no show we were only 25 minutes away from her house. I tried calling her wondering what happened but she never answered. Now she's saying that we just never showed up it's totally false and unfair. If she was unable to wait until between 1 and 2:00p.m. we would have just found her a replacement. We run a great company and our reviews show. Our main concern is and always will be the customer We would never just leave someone out there like that. This is the 1st review we ever had like this out of hundred's and it's false.

Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.

Every one of our mover's despite of their experience go through customer service training, packing training, and rapping training.
