I am pleased to give Always Reliable another 5-Star review. My move required loading two PODs - the second of which Always Reliable packed yesterday. Nayquon, Norman, Ken and Chad called ahead to tell me when they were arriving. They all introduced themselves and were very polite and professional. The guys work extremely well together, and the move went smoothly. I couldn’t believe how much stuff they packed into the POD - furniture, dishes, clothes, a kayak, 2 bicycles,and lots of very heavy exercise equipment. Everything was tucked in safely and securely. They roped everything in the Pod. They also took great care of my wood floors, walls and glass doors. My husband and I are very satisfied and would use Always Reliable again and recommend them highly.

Norman, Ken, Joe and Chad from Always Reliable were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and took great care of my belongings. I had shrinkwrapped some of my stuff, but Ken took the time to wrap everything - even This End Up furniture that I thought was indestructible. Norman organized the POD so everything was packed in securely. I needed them for an extra hour and they were happy to oblige. I requested the same crew for my next POD packing this week.

I hired four movers from Always Reliable Moving. These young movers showed up on time, we’re full of energy and eager to tackle my big move from my NYC apartment. Also, Ken did an exceptional job helping load my rental truck. They didn’t have much equipment, only one guy showed up with a furniture dolly but they were polite, professional, and did a great job. I’d use them again.

The guys were sweet but they are not packing pros. Their goal was to do the job in under 3 hrs and that is what was accomplished. They had no plan or process or anyone overseeing how things were loaded. They had no hand truck and weren't sure they had hand tools. Hardware from furniture taken apart was left on the floor and in window sills for me to find later and wonder which piece of furniture it went to. Cushions to sofas were left out of the POD ("no room!"). None of them had a clue how to pack or properly tie down. A rope tied left to right across the top and another across the bottom is not going to keep anything from shifting. They thought they had run out of moving blankets but an unopened pack of 12 was still sitting there when they left. The desiccants I had asked to be placed along the walls of the POD were left out. A very expensive rug was wadded up and stuffed in at the last minute. It was a mess and I fear what is going to survive the final long distance move after months in storage. I might use them again as hourly labor but only under the supervision of someone who actually knew what they were doing. It would be good to know in advance what, if any, equipment they were bringing and what I would need to provide.
