They were fantastic! I admit I was a bit nervous using a company I haven't heard of on a third party service Hire a Helper, but I had nothing to fear. Thomas and Chris handled a lot of difficult furniture with care. (even with our rushed packing job, they didn't leave a thing out of place!) Were reasonable, timely, transparent (a rarity these days, we've hear horror stories of moving services racking up fees last minute), and flexible. I'll definitely use them again for the next move.

I moved with a PODS unit from FL to NY. I scheduled the unpacking with ASAP Movers. They were on time as scheduled. It was not just a simple unpacking of the POD, I also needed furniture in the house to be moved. The house is a split level, and some of the upstairs furniture had to be moved downstairs, and the downstairs old furniture had to be moved outside, and a kitchen set and treadmill had to be moved outside. There were 3 movers - Thomas, Kevin, and Chris. They were SUPER! All were pleasant, moved quickly and worked very hard. I never thought they would get done within the 2 hour period, but they told me they could and they did! It was a challenging move with some large pieces going up and/or down the stairs. Not one thing was damaged, not the furniture pieces or the walls, etc. I was very pleased at how fast and efficient they were. I would definitely recommend them - they were a great team!
