Neil and Marcos were amazing! They contacted me twice before coming to confirm, they arrived exactly at 9 am, they are unbelievably strong and very mindful of the best way to move furniture. Movers arrived on time, got right to work and took great care of my items. Both gentlemen were polite and respectful and worked the entire time. We used the same team for the move out and I was happy to find all items were packed and unloaded without any loss or damage. Thank you! I am a little disappointed that the quote for how long the move would take from Hire A Helper/A Positive was so off however. The move out was spot on with 2 hours quoted and the move taking 1 hour and 45 minutes. Moving in I was quoted 4 hours but it only took 2 hours to unload the POD. Unfortunately you pay for the agreed upon time so we paid for two unused hours. In the end, I would highly recommend A Positive movers and will use them again in the future.
