All of the wood furniture is damaged in the PODS container. I gave them 6 Furniture blankets and they didn't use them on any of the wood furniture leaving 80% of it scratched up and one vintage radio/record player piece from the 60's my granny gave me when she passed was completely damaged in pieces. These guys packed it against a head board and they stacked it on an uneven surface and it completely ripped it apart. I would never use them again.

Neil and Marcus were very courteous and helpful. Arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great for timing.They were very careful with our belongings and were knowledgeable about the proper way of loading the Pod container so our furniture wouldn’t get ruined.

Neil from A Positive called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived at the beginning of the time window that I booked. The job was to move furniture into a POD while my floors get redone and other furniture was moved to other rooms. They took good care while they worked not to damage the furniture, walls, or floor. They got the job done within the two hour time frame. I will definitely book with A Positive again when the furniture is moved back into the house. Great experience from beginning to end.
