I received a call from Experience Movers two days before my move informing me that they had double booked and were going to start my move two hours late.They did offer to help me unpack (I had not hired movers to unpack) for a discounted price and no travel fee and I said that would work. They arrived an hour earlier then expected (which was great but I had not been given a heads up so I was not prepared). They moved quickly and did finish in the window of time originally booked but in the process damaged a couple of my pieces of furniture and the hallway. When we were ending it was clear that none of the crew members knew they would be helping me unpack and the crew leader reneged his offer for a discounted price and no travel fee. Thankfully my friend was still around to help me unpack. When we were closing out the crew leader guided me to the review page and tapped the 5 stars on my phone. Overall, I would say that Experience Movers were not good communicators, organized, or careful. I expected more from such a high rating.
