Very late, unprofessional attire, difficult to work with. Boasts about "highest rated on Hire-A-Helper" but he assigned himself 5 stars while "helping" me to finalize payment on my phone (I've now corrected this). How many other customers have experienced this? I now realize that his high rating is self-inflated.
