Right Choice was the right choice for me! On time, texted me called me and was very professional the whole way thru the process.
They accommodated a unknown time change and adjusted on the fly and had the help there on time and a 2 hour job was done in one hour.

The two helpers were not on time so that did not sit well with us at all. Once they got to the house and took a look around at what needed to be moved, they got right to work. However, I reserved them for additional hours not knowing what to expect. They had to take a break during a Florida rainstorm and stopped only when the lightning became severe. However it took them way over the time I had initially hired them for and today when the truck was being unloaded, these hire-a-helper guys insisted the truck was loaded very poorly and that the items took up much more room in the truck than necessary. I expected your people to pack this the truck as tight as possible. My 14 ft estimate with the moving truck company ended up being 24 ft and costing me an extra $1490.00. That is unexceptable to me and completely unexpected. I would understand a few feet, maybe, but 10 ft. was crazy. You had better train your people how to pack a moving van so it does not cost the customer an additional $1500. I feel some of that additional cost should be reimbursed to me by you since your packers were the people responsible for such an overflow. I've waited to write this review till today when the truck was unloaded by the hire-a-helper team here in NY. You can check with them, they are the ones that remarked at how much space was wasted and it should never have gone over an extra 10 ft. They just discovered the top to our huge antique desk is broken off and a standing jewelry chest has its mirror broken. We had over 50 blankets to wrap our things in and this should have never happened. The entire truckload is being transferred to storage by the NY hire-a-helper guys and they are finding wheels off of things and very light boxes on the bottom of very heavy boxes. I have pictures if you want to see them. This is totally unacceptable and I not only want my money back but I also want to be reimbursed for broken items. We haven't even begun to unpack boxes yet and won't till we find a new home to move into and I'm hoping most of our home goods made it without breaking. However, I reserve the right to update you when the move takes place to our new home in a month or two.
