I used Right Choice to pack a POD. One male and one female arrived to complete the packing of the POD. I asked female if she was up to the task and she stated yes. Female could not even tilt the dolly of 3 boxes without help of male helper. Took 10 minutes for female to figure out how to tape wires of electric bed to frame. Queen electric bed frame is now filthy due to dragging. Female kept saying this is so heavy. Yes, but not close to 400 lbs which movers stated was OK. When wrapping items in plastic, the pieces of furniture kept going around and around on wood flooring as they didn't even know how to wrap. They did not know how to use tie down ropes to secure sections of the POD. LOOSE ropes everywhere in the POD. Instead of 2 hours to it took 4 hours. I can't imagine Right Choice receiving a 5 Star rating. I would NEVER USE AGAIN!

I had a horrendous experience using HireAHelper, and Right Choice moving and delivering. The first time I used this app/service, the experience was “ok”. I hired Right Choice because the price seemed fare for the amount of boxes and furniture I had ($265 for 2 men for 2hrs). I did have many boxes and heavy items. None which reached over 400lbs which is required to be disclosed. My appartment is on the second floor, and even provided an extra dolly just in case it was needed. The helpers were very friendly, but as the items kept coming in, they complained more and more. I felt terrible, but I was paying a fair amount I thought. Long story short, after much complaining, I asked if what I was paying was not enough. And I learned that the helpers were getting paid 30 dollars each! I did contact HireAHelper because I received horrible service. Because the helpers were getting paid so little, it was reflecting in the way they handled my items. SO much so, that the helpers DROPPED my $500 desk from the Uhaul truck and one side is ruined. I also had a small 3-self book case that was completely torn. I tried to rectify with HireAHelper, and they cancelled my order with Right Choice, but could not help me any further with my furniture. Had I known how terrible they treated the helpers and how bad HireAHelper was at resolving issues, I would have Never used this service. Everyone, take this review as you may, and I hope that if you do use these 2 services that your experience is better. Just here sharing honest feedback about my experience.

Right Choice did a great job from beginning to end. Very flexible on arrival times based on our POD delivery. The movers Were very professional and courteous. They worked hard and got the job done quickly. We would highly recommend.
